This Pumpkin Pie Oatmeal is one of my favorite breakfast options during cold winter time🧡

You will need:
🌾 1 cup organic rolled oats (I go for gluten free)
🎃 1/2 cup pure organic canned pumpkin purée
🥛 1 cup milk of your choice ( I use 2%)
🧊 1/2 cup water 🎃 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
🥥 2 tbsp coconut sugar
Mix the oatmeal ingredients together in a pot over medium-high heat until it begins to bubble slightly. Reduce the heat to medium-low and let it cook for 5-6 minutes, stirring every minute or so. Remove from the heat, and add your favorite toppings. I added a Banana, Honey and Almond butter!
